Returns & Refunds Policy

At Passione Casa, your satisfaction is our priority. We understand that choosing the right furniture is a big decision, and we want you to be completely happy with your purchase.

1. 14-Day Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with European consumer protection laws, you have the right to return your purchase within 14 days of receiving the item.

  • To be eligible, the furniture must be in its original condition, unused, and in its original packaging.
  • Items that have been assembled or modified cannot be returned unless they are defective.

2. Non-Returnable Items

Please note that the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Customized/Bespoke Orders: Furniture made to your specific dimensions, fabric choices, or unique finishes.
  • Personal Care Items: For hygiene reasons, mattresses and bedding cannot be returned once the protective seal is broken.

3. Return Shipping Costs

  • Change of Mind: If you wish to return an item because you changed your mind, the cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. Because furniture requires specialized transport, we can arrange a professional pickup for you; the cost will be deducted from your final refund.
  • Damaged or Incorrect Items: If the item arrives damaged or is not what you ordered, we will cover all return shipping and replacement costs.

4. How to Start a Return

  1. Contact Us: Email our support team at info@livaurafurniture.com with your order number and photos of the item.
  2. Approval: Once approved, we will provide you with a Return Authorization and instructions for the courier.
  3. Pickup: Our specialized furniture courier will contact you to schedule a collection date.

5. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved Refunds: The total amount (minus return shipping costs, if applicable) will be credited back to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
  • Method: Refunds will be processed through the same channel used for the purchase (Credit Card, PayPal, or Bank Transfer).

6. Damaged Upon Arrival

We take great care in packaging, but if your item arrives with visible damage, please:

  • Note the damage on the delivery receipt before the driver leaves.
  • Take clear photos of the packaging and the product.
  • Contact us within 48 hours so we can resolve the issue immediately.
